Erika is AMAZING! This was our first time buying a home and despite the crazy 2021 market and the fact that we were moving halfway across the country (and had barely visited Austin) Erika made everything super easy. She is so knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance every step of the way. Erika is absolutely the best. We are relocating to Austin from New Jersey, and Erika went above and beyond in every way as we bought our new home. She knows Austin like the back of her hand and was able to find exactly what we wanted and within our price range. Buying remotely is hard, but even when we couldn't fly down to see a new place when it hit the market, Erika walked through with a camera providing us with a virtual tour. She knows so much too! She knows the signs of potential issues and points out what is (and isn't) a problem with a structure. Also, it seems like she knows everyone in Austin!
